SIX DEEP · SUPPORT

Six Deep Golf LLC, a Florida limited liability company · Updated September 10, 2026

1. The charge on your statement. Membership dues are billed by Six Deep Golf LLC and processed by Stripe. On a card or bank statement the charge reads:

SIX DEEP

Paid through a wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Link), the same charge may carry the processor's prefix and read LINK.COM* SIX DEEP. That prefix belongs to the processor, not to another company. Both lines are the same membership, billed by the same company.

2. If you do not recognize it. The amount will match the tier and term selected at checkout (Player, Scratch, or Founding, annual or monthly), and every charge to date is listed, with its date and its amount, under Manage Billing in the app. If any of that does not match what you see, write to us before you ask your bank to reverse the charge. A reversal takes weeks and pulls the dues back out of a membership that is still running; an email does neither, and we can refund a duplicate or erroneous charge directly.

3. Where to write. Two addresses, and the difference matters only in how fast you reach the right person.

The app, sign-in, and dues. support@sixdeep.golf for charges you do not recognize, a card that failed, cancelling, a PIN that will not work, a round that did not save, anything broken.

Applications, privacy, and legal notice. membership@sixdeep.golf for the status of a Founding application, a request to export or delete your data, a copyright notice, or formal notice under the Terms.

How long we take. We answer within two business days. There is no queue number and no ticket; a person reads it.

4. Cancelling. You may cancel at any time, online, without speaking to anyone.

Where. Sign in at app.sixdeep.golf, open Manage Billing, and cancel there. The same page updates the card on file and shows every charge to date.

What happens. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You keep access until then, and you are not charged again. A Founding number returns to the Register at the end of that period, and the rate lock ends with the membership. Sections 5, 6 and 7.2 of the Terms set this out in full.

If you cannot get in. Email support@sixdeep.golf from the address on the account and we will cancel it for you. We will not ask you to reconsider first.

5. Refunds. Dues are non-refundable and partial periods are not prorated, except where required by law, for duplicate or erroneous charges, which we correct promptly, and at our discretion in individual cases. Section 7.4 of the Terms is the governing statement, and the refund terms shown at checkout control if they differ.

6. A card that failed. A declined card does not end a membership. We, or our processor, will retry and write to the address on the account, and a Founding member's rate lock survives a failure cured inside the grace period. If the card has changed, update it in Manage Billing.

7. Signing in. The app opens with the email address or member number on the account, plus a four-digit PIN chosen the first time it is used. There is no self-service reset, deliberately. Email support@sixdeep.golf and a person will reset it, because the PIN is what proves a member card belongs to you.

8. Who you are dealing with. Six Deep is operated by Six Deep Golf LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Written notice under the Terms, and correspondence that must be on paper, goes to:

9. Questions about the app itself. How a round is logged, what syncs between devices, how to put the app on a home screen, and what happens to data held on a device are answered at sixdeep.golf/portal. This page is for dues, access, and anything that needs a person.
