SIX DEEP — PRIVACY POLICY

Version 1.0 · Effective May 1, 2026 · Published September 9, 2026 · Six Deep Golf LLC, a Florida limited liability company

1. Who we are. Six Deep™ is a members-only golf club and application operated by Six Deep Golf LLC ("Six Deep," "we," "us"). This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions and requests: membership@sixdeep.golf or Six Deep Golf LLC, c/o Northwest Registered Agent LLC, 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702.

2. What we collect.

(a) Application information — name, email, phone, location, profession, club memberships, golf history, handicap and GHIN number, social handles, and how you found us. If you provide a sponsor or references, we collect the names and contact details you give us and use them solely to evaluate your application; we do not add references to any mailing list.

(b) Account and profile — your member profile, including a profile photograph (required for membership), equipment details, and social handles you choose to add.

(c) Golf activity — rounds, scores, statistics, achievements, and game and match records you log, including records attested by other members.

(d) Social content — posts, comments, likes, photos, and messages. Member-to-member messages are encrypted at rest; their content is not readable from stored data.

(e) Payment information — processed by Stripe. We never receive or store full card numbers. We retain records of your membership tier, dues status, and payment history.

(f) Device and location — if you grant permission, we use your device location on demand (for example, to find nearby courses or local weather). We never track or poll location in the background. Round timestamps are stored in UTC and shown in your device's time zone. Location metadata is removed from photos you upload.

3. How we use it. To evaluate applications; operate the club and the app; maintain your round history, statistics, and achievements; deliver member features and events; process dues; send transactional and membership email; protect the integrity of the Register and the club; and comply with law. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. What other members can see. Six Deep is a club. Your profile (name, photo, handle, club, and golf statistics), your posts, and rounds you share are visible to other members. Your email, phone, payment details, application answers, and references are never visible to other members. Founding member numbers are displayed as part of Founding membership; current membership counts are private.

5. Service providers. We use a small set of processors to run the club: Stripe (payments and billing), Vercel (hosting and storage), Resend (email delivery), and Microsoft 365 (club correspondence). Each processes member data only to provide its service to us. As a safeguard, a copy of each round you save is also delivered to the founder's club mailbox so that no member's round is ever lost.

5A. The Weekly Register Digest. Six Deep may send members a weekly email digest summarizing recent activity across the membership — for example, rounds logged, notable scores, and milestones — drawn from the same activity information members already share with each other inside the app. The digest never includes information a member has not already made visible to other members, and it never includes payment information, contact details, or private messages. You choose whether you appear. Members can opt out of appearing in the digest at any time from their profile settings. An opt-out takes effect before the next digest is assembled, and applies to all future digests until you change it. Opting out of appearing does not affect your own membership, features, or whether you receive the digest. You choose whether you receive it. Every digest email includes a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from the digest does not affect service emails about your own account, such as receipts or renewal notices. If the digest program changes in a way that affects what member information it includes, we will update this policy and note the change before the new version sends.

6. Retention. We keep membership records while your membership is active and as needed afterward for legal, accounting, and Register chain-of-custody purposes. Your rounds and statistics are yours: you may export your data, and a member whose membership ends retains export access. Records of a former Founding number's history are retained as part of the Register.

7. Your choices and rights. You may review and edit your profile in the app; export your data; unsubscribe from non-transactional email; and request deletion of your account and personal information by emailing membership@sixdeep.golf from your member address. We will verify the request, honor it within 30 days, and tell you what was deleted and what we must retain (for example, payment records required for tax and accounting, or Register history). Whatever your state of residence, we extend the same access, export, and deletion rights to every member.

8. Eligibility. Six Deep is for adults. You must be 18 or older to apply, hold membership, or use the app. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete it.

9. Security. We use encryption in transit everywhere, encryption at rest for member messages, access controls on membership records, and payment handling that keeps card data with Stripe. No system is perfect; if a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law, including Florida law.

10. Third-party marks and takedowns. Club and course names and marks appearing in the app identify golf courses and are the property of their owners; no affiliation or endorsement is implied. Rights holders may request removal at membership@sixdeep.golf; removal requests are honored within 24 hours and are permanent.

11. Changes. We will post any material change here with a new version number and effective date, and notify members by email for changes that meaningfully affect their rights.
